People Connections is an independent Human Resource consultancy that helps SME’s to introduce and manage people practices effectively. Specialising in ‘first time’ HR for businesses who are going through growth and/or transformational change. Our priority is to work with business owners to lighten their workload by introducing HR practices to the business, and supporting with the HR administration. This will not only give you back valuable time to focus on delivering growth, it will mitigate risk to the business from bad people management.

If you are a start-up business, with staff members, we can help you to implement basic HR practices and documentation, by providing you with a suite of employment documents, such as employment contracts, staff handbook and policies and procedures.  We can also provide DSE assessments, inductions and training, to help you and your staff.

The world is currently trying to recover from a pandemic, and we have had to take action,

both personally, and in business, which is completely alien to most of us. This has resulted in businesses having to rethink ways of working across the globe.
